We need you for:
Driving international recruiting activities including active sourcing and candidate engagement
Continuously optimizing recruiting strategies sourcing channels and candidate approaches
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and direct search to hiring and initiating the onboarding
Ensuring a professional timely and transparent candidate experience including rejection management
Collaborating closely with hiring managers as a sparring partner on recruiting needs profiles and market insights
Contributing to key People & Culture topics such as operational initiatives company culture and employer branding
Your profile:
Completed education in Human Resources or a related field
At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience ideally within the life science industry
Strong passion for identifying talent and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey
Proactive structured and quality-driven working style with high resilience
Confident handling of digital tools; experience with HR and recruiting systems is an advantage
Professional fluency in German and English both written and spoken
Team-oriented mindset high level of commitment and strong willingness to continuously learn
