Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the strategic and daily operations of several varied dining establishments to ensure profitability high service standards and operational efficiency. They will need to manage financial performance staff training vendor relationships and regulatory compliance while implementing growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Streamline processes across Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) implementing systems to improve efficiency and maintain high quality.
  • Financial Performance: Analyze financial reports manage budgets optimize revenue margins control operating expenses and set pricing to drive profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term business goals marketing initiatives and menu innovations to drive growth.
  • Staff Development & Management: Recruit hire train and mentor managers and staff fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high morale.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations as well as liquor licensing laws.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor guest feedback resolve complaints and enhance service standards to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers for food beverages and equipment.

  • Software: MS Office Semper Stock Control Software
  • Knowledge: International Hospitality Standards / Events Marketing and Management
  • Skills: Work timeously under pressure and unsupervised
  • Ability To: Meet deadlines and manage business development
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hospitality / Events Management or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 10 years in related fields
