Key Responsibilities
Architect end to end Amazon Connect contact center solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures
Design IVR call routing omni channel and customer experience flows
Lead integrations with CRM systems and third party platforms
Define AWS security scalability resiliency and cost optimization practices
Guide development teams on Lambda Lex APIs analytics and best practices
Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in contact center or cloud architecture
Strong hands on expertise with Amazon Connect
Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda IAM S3 DynamoDB API Gateway CloudWatch)
Solid understanding of contact center concepts (IVR ACD CTI reporting)
Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design skills
5 years of experience in contact center or cloud architecture
Strong hands on expertise with Amazon Connect
Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda IAM S3 DynamoDB API Gateway CloudWatch)
Solid understanding of contact center concepts (IVR ACD CTI reporting)
Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design skills
Preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience with Contact Lens Amazon Lex and CRM integrations
Background with CCaaS platforms (Genesys NICE Avaya)
