Commercial Property Manager

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of assigned commercial properties ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional tenant experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants oversee maintenance and vendor coordination and manage financial performance across your portfolio.

The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment and enjoys balancing operational oversight with relationship management. You will play a key role in maintaining property standards optimizing performance and supporting the continued growth of the portfolio.

What Youll Do:

• Property Operations & Tenant Relations
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness
• Address tenant concerns promptly and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Maintenance & Vendor Management
• Coordinate property maintenance repairs and inspections
• Manage vendor relationships contracts and service quality
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and compliant with regulations
• Financial & Budget Management
• Assist in preparing and managing property budgets
• Handle CAM and OpEx reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations
• Utilize property management systems and tools to track performance and reporting

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience (residential experience not considered)
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and property management practices
• Proven experience in tenant relations and customer service
• Experience with maintenance coordination and vendor management
• Knowledge of budgeting financial reporting CAM and OpEx reconciliations
• Strong communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred) and general office tools
• Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) are a plus
