Kick start your engineering career as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE). This early career role is designed for recent graduates with strong software engineering foundations high learning agility and demonstrated AI savviness. FDEs are hired with a clear hire to train model and developed into client facing full stack cloud native engineers embedded directly with client teams.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will work across the full software development lifecycle building and evolving custom applications platforms and APIs. You will leverage cloud DevOps and AI tools to accelerate delivery while learning how to translate business needs into scalable production ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers architects and product teams to deliver client solutions
Design build test and deploy custom applications and services
Develop API driven and platform based solutions
Work in Agile delivery models (Scrum Lean XP)
Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding testing debugging and learning
Contribute to proofs of concept technical documentation and solution development
Engage in client facing environments and clearly communicate technical concepts

Ways of Working

This role requires working on site approximately three days per week with clients or partners offices and delivery person collaboration is essential for learning mentoring and building strong client relationships with flexibility supported where possible.
