Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation with a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes.
- Experience in the Pennsylvania state court system including drafting pleadings motions and briefs document review and drafting discovery requests and responses.
- Strong understanding of the litigation processes is a must; knowledge of probate law estate planning and guardianship issues a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials research writing and analytical skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
- Expertise in estate and trust law not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Orphans Court proceedings including matters related to estate disputes guardianships and trust administration.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating complex estate trust and guardianship issues.
- Draft and review legal documents including petitions motions and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys partners and clients to develop case strategies and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
- Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and attention to detail.
