Job Summary

Qualified Candidate Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in litigation with a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes.
Experience in the Pennsylvania state court system including drafting pleadings motions and briefs document review and drafting discovery requests and responses.
Strong understanding of the litigation processes is a must; knowledge of probate law estate planning and guardianship issues a plus.
Excellent academic credentials research writing and analytical skills and a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
Expertise in estate and trust law not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in Orphans Court proceedings including matters related to estate disputes guardianships and trust administration.
Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating complex estate trust and guardianship issues.
Draft and review legal documents including petitions motions and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with senior attorneys partners and clients to develop case strategies and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and attention to detail.
