Job Summary

Construction Estimator - Sarasota FL

Magnum Builders is growing-and were looking for a Construction Estimator with a strong GMP background who brings a true builder mentality to the table.

This isnt a sit behind a desk and just crunch numbers role. We want someone who understands how projects actually get built and can help drive projects from early budgeting through buyout.

What Youll Do

Develop conceptual schematic and GMP estimates
Lead preconstruction from early design through final pricing
Work closely with PMs field teams and subs
Level bids build scopes and identify value engineering opportunities
Help ensure estimates reflect real-world construction

What Were Looking For

5 years with a GC in estimating/preconstruction
Strong experience putting together GMPs
Solid understanding of means & methods (builder mindset)
Comfortable in a hands-on fast-paced environment
Team player who values relationships
