Job Summary
Key highlights:
Lead design configuration & testing of Service Cloud V2 solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integrations
Deep knowledge of utilities processes (meter-to-cash billing customer service)
Drive workshops training & stakeholder engagement
Troubleshoot issues across implementation & post-go-live
Must have:
SAP Service Cloud V1/V2 Utilities experience
Strong functional spec writing & problem-solving skills

Must have:
SAP Service Cloud V1/V2 Utilities experience

- with travel expenses covered if required
- Utilities industry experience is REQUIRED and must be clearly demonstrated across multiple projects
