Job Title: SAP EAM Consultant
Summary
The SAP S/4HANA EAM Lead is responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities within SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on work management detailed scheduling and integrated MRO supply chain execution. This role plays a critical part in connecting maintenance operations warehouse execution and procurement to ensure high asset availability efficient maintenance execution and optimized inventory management.
This role requires deep hands on expertise in S/4HANA Asset Management work order planning and scheduling and directed warehouse processes for MRO parts along with strong integration knowledge of SAP Ariba.
Required Skills
- 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EAM / Asset Management
- Proven experience delivering S/4HANA EAM implementations or conversions
- Deep knowledge of:
- Maintenance work management
- Work order planning and detailed scheduling
- MRO inventory and warehouse integration
- Strong integration experience with SAP Ariba for services and material procurement
- Solid understanding of manufacturing utilities oil & gas chemicals or asset intensive industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross functional workshops
