Promotional Review Editor (PRE)

Job Title: Promotional Review Editor

Location: Princeton Pike NJ or Giralda Farms NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Workplace Type: 50% Onsite

Work Schedule: Mon Fri Business Hours

Rate : $25/hr on W2 (without benefits)

Summary:

There are three primary responsibilities of a Promotional Review Editor (PRE):

Complete an editorial review of promotional and internal materials for accuracy quality and compliance

Perform a Comment Verification (CV) on documents to ensure Medical Legal and Regulatory (MLR) advice has been incorporated correctly

Facilitate live meetings where MLR advisors review materials and provide risk assessment to commercial and medical colleagues capturing decisions and other annotations in Veeva PromoMats

Responsibilities:

Editorial/PRE Review:

Review both promotional and internal materials for clarity and accuracy using Veeva PromoMats our document management system

Ensure materials align to style guide guidelines company policies and regulatory requirements

Ensure document submitted for MLR review align with FDA submission standards

Assist Medical Legal and Regulatory colleagues with reviews when needed

Assist with FDA 2253 and accelerated approval submissions when needed

Comment Verification:

Ensure MLR advice is incorporated and agreed upon with marketing Champions

Triage advisor comments with commercial and medical colleagues

Ensure materials are ready to be approved for distribution (AFD) and are submitted to FDA on Form 2253 or accelerated approval submissions

Live Meetings:

Facilitate discussion of promotional and internal materials

Capture live comments from MLR Advisors in Veeva PromoMats

Help commercial and medical colleagues navigate the MLR review process

Qualifications:

This is a review-based job that prioritizes accuracy and speed to meet the demands of the business. Candidates are expected to multitask and meet tight deadlines in addition to helping colleagues with their workload when needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills time management and autonomy

Experience as an editor or in editorial review preferred

BS required (English Communications Business or Marketing is preferred)

1-3 years proofreading experience or copy editing is preferred.

Detail & deadline oriented; well organized
