POSITION LOCATED IN OP SURGERY CENTER ADJACENT TO MAIN FACILITY

OPHTHAMOLOGY EXP REQUIRED - HARD STOP DO NOT SCREEN
SCHEDULING PREFERENCES CAN BE CONSIDERED BUT ARE NOT GAURENTEED
SCHEDULING REQUESTS DUE TO ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
*3 YEARS EXP IN PACU REQUIRED*

This is an outpatient setting. Dept is looking for someone with a strong ophthalmology background
Post shift call required: 1800-2100 frequency will vary depending on dept need
**Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate**

Ratios: 1:2
Years of experience REQ: 3
First-timers accepted: Yes - with 5 Years PACU exp hard stop
Weekend REQ: no
Certs REQ: ACLS BCLS PALS
Is on-call REQ: Yes post shift
Open to accommodating block schedule NO
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
