We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-impact DevOps team.

You will be responsible for the stable and secure operations of the group s Windows client environment focusing on lifecycle processes and large-scale cloud/hybrid management.

Your challenge is to drive innovation through automation ensuring that the group s Digital Office is always fast secure and future-ready.

Infrastructure Specialist: Manage and optimize large Cloud and Hybrid environments to ensure the stable delivery of OS and Application platforms.

Automation Driver: Lead innovation by automating lifecycle processes for client systems and user accounts reducing manual overhead and increasing security.

Global Collaborator: Work within a multicultural international team to influence technical direction and reach buy-in with global stakeholders for critical infrastructure changes.

• Experience: 6-8 years related experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science Communications Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience including international exposure.
• Proven experience in managing large Cloud / Hybrid environments.
• Demonstrable track record in driving infrastructure innovation through automation.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft Enterprise IT
• architectures with a focus on Identity and Access Management Systems.
• Expert experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID Entra ID Connect and Active
• Directory combined with advanced skill level in Zero Trust architecture concepts
• and components
• Advanced knowledge in authentication protocols (SAML OAUTH / OIDC)
• Advanced Experience with development and implementation of Entra ID security concepts.
• Advanced experience with automation in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) e.g. TerraForm PowerShell Azure
• Functions or comparable technologies

• Advanced experience in working with hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced experience with Agile Working environments.
• Teamwork and strong internal and external communication skills.
• Analytical thinking skills to coordinate analyse and fix technical issues.
• Self-organizer and problem-solver with a strong delivery focus on innovations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a fundamental part of the domain Digital Identity we are responsible for the global Active Directory with more than 100.000 user accounts and Entra ID.
• Therefore ensuring high availability and highest state of the art security are key success factors in your daily work.
• As part of the team YOU drive the implementation of the Group IT Strategy.
• As an Entra ID Expert and Zero Trust Security Specialist they offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in their product (Authentications Platform).
• You will be responsible for supporting the EntraID Team with a clear focus on all Identity related ZeroTrust
• Workstreams like: Conditional Access Policy Definitions & Implementation FIDO2 Deployments or Guest
• Accounts Lifecycle Processes. Innovation - driven by automation - is the challenge you re looking for in that area.
• You work very closely with a global multicultural team including the interface partners and stakeholders within the Group.
