Your Mission:

• Design and implement a greenfield enterprise application and data architecture
• Build operate and enhance IT infrastructure across cloud and highly secure on-premise environments including Identity & Access Management
• Develop and maintain process/workflow backends based on SAP BTP
• Support and train employees in using IT systems databases and software within secure environments
• Provide hands-on technical support and manage hardware and software operations
• Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives using robotics and machine learning/AI in research environments (optional)
• Support the development of information security processes aligned with ISO 27001 and TISAX (optional)

Your Profile:

• Degree (Bachelors Masters or equivalent) or vocational training in Computer Science IT Security Technical Informatics Information Systems Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in building and managing IT infrastructure and databases
• Strong understanding of modern IT security standards and best practices
• Solid programming experience in Python and JavaScript; additional knowledge of Rust C/C or statistical programming is a plus
• Self-driven structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Valid work authorization for the European Union
• For non-EU candidates: willingness to undergo a security clearance process
