Application Support Engineer ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Summary: 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration coordinate and execute end-to-end ServiceNow deployment activities across dev test and production update set creation migration and conflict resolution across in ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript GlideRecord GlideAjax Script Include Client Script Scheduled Jobs and UI knowledge of ITSM modules: Incident Problem Change Request and with Flow Designer Workflow Editor and Business Rules Email Notifications inbound email actions and notification templates for automated -on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Integration to manage upgrades patches and update sets with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.- Assist in the implementation of system updates and configuration changes to enhance performance.- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise software environments.- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.- Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
