Job Summary

System Configuration: Maintain and update payroll schemas rules wage types and pay scale structures.
Data Replication: Manage the Point-to-Point (PTP) integration between Employee Central (Core HR) and EC Payroll to ensure seamless data flow.
Payroll Operations: Support end-to-end payroll cycles including simulations production runs and post-payroll activities like third-party remittances and bank transfers.
Compliance & Tax: Stay updated on statutory changes and implement updates (such as BSI Tax Factory for the US or localized legal changes for other regions).
Integration Support: Troubleshooting interfaces between Payroll and other modules like Time Off Benefits and Finance (S/4HANA or ERP).
Testing & Upgrades: Lead Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage the impact of bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates.
