The role

Youll build and manage the operational backbone of Aquablus international service network. Service in our world means installations of new systems preventive maintenance and technical support for our smart water dispensers at client sites. As we expand across Europe both through our dealer network and through direct enterprise contracts we need someone who ensures service quality is consistently on par. Your immediate focus is enabling Aquablu to deliver on direct enterprise contracts across borders. Alongside that youll bring structure and oversight to service quality across our existing dealer network. Your responsibility is to connect the dots between our partner network our SLA framework and our monitoring tools into one cohesive operating model. You sit in the Operations team and own this end to end.

What youll do

  • Your primary focus will be to design the operating model for international service and to deliver high quality service in all our markets. That includes thinking about:

    • how we onboard new partners and create a lasting collaboration

    • deciding on how we structure service fee contracts

    • what SLAs we commit to and how we enforce them

    • how spare parts get to the right place at the right time

    • how CO2 supply is arranged in each new market and what communication and escalation lines should look like.

      Youre building the playbooks processes and fee structures that make this network run and then youre running it

  • On the partner side youll monitor service performance across partners using various data sources translate that into actionable feedback for channel managers and partner organisations and drive improvements where needed.

  • Where there are gaps in the coverage of our existing partner network you will source vet and onboard new service partners across European markets starting with the regions where our sales pipeline demands it.

  • Youll collaborate across teams: with Channel Management Client Support and Tech Support to design communication and escalation processes that work across borders; and with Operations for spare parts and stock management.

  • As the network matures your role evolves from building to optimising: raising the bar on service quality streamlining processes and making sure we can scale into new markets without reinventing the wheel each time.

What were looking for

Someone who leads with operational excellence and knows how to manage external service partners.

  • 5 years of experience in partner or vendor management with a track record of setting SLA targets measuring KPIs and optimising performance of external parties. Bonus points for experience in service operations and/or beverage industry.

  • Analytical mindset where youre comfortable working with dashboards and data to monitor performance and able to turn it into actionable insights.

  • Entrepreneurial and structured thinking; you thrive when building something from scratch but you build it in a way thats repeatable and scalable.

  • Strong communication skills so youre able to work with both a partners operations team and their senior management. You understand the commercial implications of operational agreements.

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)

  • Willingness to travel within Europe when needed
