Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in test automation and hands-on exposure to AWS services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust automation frameworks ensuring product quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable automation test frameworks
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications and APIs
• Collaborate with developers product managers and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Perform functional regression and integration testing
• Identify log and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and provide detailed reports
• Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation best practices
• Work with AWS-based environments for testing and validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in QA automation
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Playwright or similar
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java Python or JavaScript
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman Rest Assured or similar
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda CloudWatch etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies SDLC and STLC
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner)
• Exposure to security testing practices
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA TestRail etc.)
