Role Summary:
Lead technical regulatory and documentation aspects of seafood exports. Act as the key interface for foreign buyers and food safety auditors on all chemistry microbiology and process-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead export documentation for technical & chemical compliance: COA test reports residue monitoring allergens additives labelling claims.
2. Address technical questions from foreign buyers and importing country authorities
3. Own responses to foreign food safety audits: BRC BAP HACCP SMETA
4. Drive root-cause analysis for quality deviations customer complaints and detention alerts.
