Job Summary
1. Confirm detail project scope & objectives with Client (working together with SMEC Project Manager) for civil scope to meet specification code and standards.
2. Finalize civil design (FS FEED & DED level) and arrange procurement & construction contract to meet project objectives.
3. Manage project execution including commissioning & start up. Ensure all work is completed within scope cost schedule & safely in accordance with accepted standards & procedures.
4. Forecast report & control project cost schedule scope & safety to meet project objectives.
5. Collate hand over documentation & close out the project to ensure accurate records are available.
6. Report directly to Regional Leaders and Project Manager in day-to-day basis and in coordination with technical and project management team
