Senior Finance Systems Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Specialist with a strong passion for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to act as the Digital Owner of the platform working in close partnership with Group Finance as the Business Owner.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working handson with Business Central understands its critical role in enabling and transforming Finance operations and is motivated by continuous improvement system quality and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Application (Digital) Ownership

Act as the Digital Owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

Partner closely with Group Finance as Business Owner.

Lead implementations enhancements upgrades and postgolive activities.

Own defect and incident management including root cause analysis.

Track system usage adoption and process effectiveness.

Automation Development & Integration

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Deliver development work aligned with business prioritization.

Define and implement integration strategies.

Identify automation opportunities to improve finance efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

Support finance reporting from a system and data perspective.

Enable data access and data quality.

Platform Governance & Collaboration

Own and support Plumsail Helpdesk.

Work with Finance IT Infrastructure and vendors.

Drive cost control and license optimization.

Act as Business Central functional trainer and SME.
