| Duties and Responsibilities | Drive business growth for Utility Bill Payments / Recharges via Mobile app channel. Create customer journeys information architecture and wireframes by leveraging previous research that meet the business goals while ensuring a positive user with multiple stakeholders and communicate the same effectively enabling the team to deliver on specific relationships and operating rhythms with members inside and outside the core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive inclusive and a close relationship with our Data and Analytics team to be able to leverage knowledge through these partners and help elevate patterns and problems to product schedule conduct and synthesize research sessions with existing users as well as potential new and develop artefacts (reports presentations persona profiles) to help inform product teams prioritize new features or improvements to existing vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking understanding of Payment and equity Business/Products: Credit Card Prepaid card Mutual fund/ Insurance payment and Utility bill knowledge of Advanced MS tools |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)QualificationsMBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-5 years of experienceRelevant Experience in BBPS should be 0-2 yearsHigh degree of passion and work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the high motivational levels and a possess the below skill sets:- Stakeholder Management- Ownership & Growth Mindset- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Analytical & Problem-Solving skills b)Work ExperienceMinimum 1 to 5 years of Work Experience |
