Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst Business Analytics & AI to help drive better decisions across Product Development through advanced analytics business reporting and applied this role youll turn complex data into clear actionable insights that support planning improve visibility and help teams make smarter decisions around schedule cost and product attribution.
Youll partner closely with Global Brand Teams Product Development Supply Chain and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve real business problems and build modern analytics solutions that create impact. Youll also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging AI initiatives using tools such as BigQuery Tableau and Vertex AI
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Build and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using both existing and newly integrated data sources
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support business and management decision-making
- Support predictive analysis and reporting across Product Development and Supply Chain
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs define requirements and identify opportunities for analytics and AI solutions
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions and project teams to solve problems and improve business processes
- Help improve data visibility data quality and adoption of reporting tools and analytics best practices
- Support applied AI initiatives including prompt development model optimization and Vertex AI workflows
- Integrate AI outputs into reporting pipelines and business processes where appropriate
- Communicate findings tradeoffs and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the continued growth of analytics reporting and AI capabilities across the business
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Analytics Statistics Computer Science MIS or a related field
- 4 years of experience with a BA/BS or 1-2 years with a masters degree
- Experience in data analysis business analytics reporting or a similar role
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with Tableau Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Ability to turn complex information into practical business insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools is preferred
- Familiarity with Google tools such as BigQuery and Vertex AI along with prompt development model training or applied AI workflows is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Product Development Supply Chain or related business teams
- Exposure to predictive modeling attribution analysis or automated insight generation
- Experience integrating AI into reporting or enterprise workflows
- Experience helping teams adopt reporting tools data standards or analytics best practices
- Experience working in a global cross-functional organization
*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range however base pay will be determined based on a candidates work location skills and experience.
