This position is a Full Time salaried role: $75000 per annum Superannuation Bonus!

Your Role:

As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations from managing a team of passionate staff to ensuring each customer enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. Youll be an essential part of the team ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly while delivering high standards of food quality service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit train and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management compliance scheduling and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Customer Experience Excellence: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service. Every guest deserves a warm welcoming atmosphere and a high-quality meal.

• Financial Management: Drive restaurant profitability by managing costs maximising sales opportunities and meeting KPIs. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work with performance-based bonuses.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure food safety cleanliness and health standards are maintained at all times.

• Experience Requirements: A minimum of 6-12 months management experience is required for this role.
