We have anew permanentopportunity for an experienced and customer focussedERPSystemssuperstarto join our Financeteam.
As ourBusiness Systems Lead you willbe responsible for developing managingand optimisingthe organisations ERP system Workdayand systems development programmes including AI-enabled platforms advances integrations and digital transformation projects.This includes managing systems and processesand providing hands onsupport to usersto ensure the effective and efficientprocessing of the financial and non-financial data.You will play a key role in extending the range of management tools and reports used toinform the organisationthrough automationand advanced reporting.
Reporting to the CFO and withone direct report this is ahands- on leadership opportunitywhichprovidesplentyof challengebalancingbroaderproject planningaspectswhile also supporting and ensuringsupport tickets are promptly resolved.
In this role youwillbe involved in:
Leading Workday enhancement initiativesacross financial accounting procurement inventory asset management banking time trackingexpensesand billing.
Collaboratingand partneringwith internal and external stakeholders to extend the range of managementtools and reports used to inform the organisationthrough automation and advance reporting.
Defining and managing the Workday enhancement roadmap
Designing and developing custom reports
Continual process improvement
Managing and supporting Workday upgrades developing testing strategies and ensuring consistent and effective implementation practices
Ensuringappropriate training supportguidanceand documentationis provided tousers and tickets are promptly resolved.
Our preference is for this role to be based in Wellington at our Kenepuru office; however we are open to the right candidate being based at either of our Auckland or Christchurch offices.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:
A relevant tertiary qualification(i.e.BachelorsdegreeinAccounting IT orInformationSystems)
ERP systemsbackground of at least4-5 years with exposure to managing financeand HRsystems systems implementation systems integration and a good understanding of financial and procurement system functionality.
Good written and oral communication skills including presentation of technical information to users.
A track recordof building strong relationships at all levels.
Ability toidentifyopportunities for efficiencies and developed enhanced internal controls.
Strongproblem-solvingskills with the flexibility to navigate uncertainty.
Experience with leadingmentoringand inspiring othersand fostering an inclusive and supportivework environment with clear goals and direction.
