Overview
We are seeking experienced high-energy Bar Staff to support a busy high-end hotel in Killarney during the upcoming May Bank Holiday. This is a fast-paced environment requiring individuals who are confident in their ability to provide excellent service under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Service: Efficiently pulling pints (stout and lager) pouring spirits and preparing simple mixers.
Payment Handling: Processing transactions accurately using EPOS till systems and wireless card machines.
Customer Experience: Providing a warm professional welcome to hotel guests and visitors in a busy bar setting.
Maintenance: Keeping the bar area clean clearing glasses and ensuring the station is restocked with garnishes and supplies.
Compliance: Ensuring all hygiene and food safety regulations are followed including responsible service of alcohol.
Requirements
Proven Bar Experience: You must be comfortable working a busy pint-heavy bar.
Tech Savvy: Previous experience using modern card machines and till systems.
Availability: Must be able to travel to Killarney on Friday evening and work through until Monday.
Professionalism: Punctual reliable and well-presented.
