Your leadership responsibilities with us

• Develop implement and scale strategic initiatives

• Lead and nurture high-performing cross-functional teams

• Own key metrics across revenue growth and operational efficiency

• Build and sustain an innovation-driven company culture

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as equals

• Several years of leadership experience in relevant digital business environments

• Strong grasp of SaaS or e-commerce strategies & KPIs

• Excellent communication confident decision-making and emotional intelligence

• Hands-on approach combined with strategic foresight

• Boldness for change and a deep passion for innovation
