MAC Project Manager - Deliverable Role/Responsibilities

Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio
Process large furniture reconfigurations large AV and largeproject move requests
Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems
Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information
Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders Facility Manager Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required
Prepare/update project status reports review invoices and ensure timely payment update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
Prepare various RFPs & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project. 
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
Incorporation of best practices into all projects
Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the clients and T&Ts policies and procedures
Manage supporting suppliers (technology telephony furniture etc.)
Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
Ensure all project initiation execution and closeout documentation are complete
Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships. 
Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm. 
Comply with all T&T policies and procedures including but not limited to time & expenses ethics and business practice

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experienceas a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction  

• Commercial or retail fit out experience is required  

• A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Architecture or a relevant subject 

• PMPcertification is highly desirable  

• Proficient in MS Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint & Project or P6.  

• Strong with numbers technology and web-based data platforms.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $95000.00 - $100000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
