Manager, IT Web Technologies

We are looking for a Manager- IT Web Technologies who will closely work with our customers across Digital Direct-To-Consumer Customer service ERP systems. Manager- IT Web Technologies will help execute the Fortune Brands Innovations digital strategy in alignment with business strategies.  You will be working for our high-performing team focused on the timely delivery of software initiatives on the various enterprise platforms.

• Running scrum and ensuring your customer needs are being met by certifying deliverables and ensuring no impediments

• Bringing effective product support techniques to reduce defects
• Collaborating with cross functional teams within IT and throughout the business to identify top initiatives
• Seeking out innovation in everyday activities
• Demonstrating enthusiasm for building great customer-friendly teams
• Ability to express ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language

Qualifications :

• Bachelors level degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8 Years of Team Management experience in a capacity of Manager of a team of web developers
• 6 Years of working experience with leading and/or developing e-Commerce applications for B2C or B2B
• A track record of managing applications and 5 member team supporting below technology platform
  • Web Tools: React Angular JavaScript HTML5 & Ajax
  • Commerce: Shopify SAP Commerce or other e-Commerce platforms
  • API: Web Services Web API any other API platforms
  • CMS: Bloomreach CMS Sitecore WordPress Embraco
  • CDNs: Akamai Cloudflare etc
  • PIM & DAM: Widen Salsify Stibo
  • Release Management: JIRA Azure DevOps
• Experience with Understanding of design patterns UX/UI design best practices technical architecture and data modelling
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development testing
• Experience with application rationalization migration from old platforms to newer platforms
• Good understanding and working experience with Agile methodology using scrum/Kanban/xp
• Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Experience working on enterprise platforms and open-source technologies
• Strong documentation communication and project coordination capabilities.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105000 USD - $165000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
