Software Engineering Associate Consultant (Graduating Dec 2025- Summer 2026)

What You Can Expect:

• Hands-On Experience: Gain practical client-facing experience from the start supported by our client-simulated boot camp. This immersive 3-week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one-year Discovery Program designed to support your transition from college to CapTech.

• Continuous Learning: We offer ongoing learning opportunities including workshops cross-training and social events that foster networking and skill development across different areas of our business.

• Mentorship and Growth: Engage in our coaching culture where youll be mentored by our Subject Matter Experts. Our commitment to professional growth ensures that you can discover and pursue what youre passionate about through various consulting projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Your role will adapt to different projects but may include:

• Designing and developing applications using leading front-end and back-end technologies for web mobile cloud web services and DevOps.

• Utilizing a diverse range of development platforms and languages including but not limited to C# Python Go Android iOS JavaScript React Angular AWS GCP and Azure.

• Collaborating with client stakeholders to craft systems that serve their customers in innovative and effective ways.

Qualifications :

• Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 with a bachelors/1/accelerated masters* degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Business Information Technology Information Systems or a related field. We welcome diverse educational backgrounds that provide candidates with strong technical and analytical skills.

• Project or internship experience in developing software applications and scripts is highly valued. We appreciate varied experiences that demonstrate your ability to learn and apply your skills in practical settings.

• Strong communication skills are essential including both oral and written abilities to collaborate effectively in team settings and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.

• A strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving along with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field of software engineering.
