Job Summary:

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises personnel and assets. This role involves observing live video feeds reviewing recorded footage reporting suspicious activities and responding appropriately to incidents in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage for unusual or suspicious activities.

• Operate and control CCTV equipment including cameras monitors and recording devices.

• Review and analyze recorded video as required for investigations or incident reporting.

• Report all security incidents emergencies or breaches to the appropriate authorities or management promptly.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily observations and activities.

• Coordinate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement when necessary.

• Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly; report malfunctions for repair or maintenance.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of all recorded and observed information.

• Follow established protocols and comply with data protection and privacy laws.

• Support emergency response efforts as needed.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security operations is a plus.

• Prior experience in security monitoring or a similar role is preferred.

• Proficiency in using CCTV systems and security software.

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.

• Must be trustworthy discreet and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.

Additional Information :

Benefits:

• Minimum wage

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday-Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
