Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer to lead the design development and optimisation of solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a critical part in delivering robust scalable and secure solutions that enable business transformation and support the organisations wider digital strategy.

With deep technical expertise and strong solution design capability you will drive bestpractice delivery champion governance and quality standards and provide technical leadership across the platform team. You will work closely with architects engineers and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered to a high standard.

What youll be doing:

• Designing building and maintaining highquality solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse
• Leading endtoend solution delivery from requirements gathering and architectural design through to deployment and ongoing operational support
• Developing and maintaining integrations with external systems including standard and custom connectors using approved bestpractice integration patterns
• Optimising and enhancing existing solutions to improve performance usability scalability and longterm maintainability
• Ensuring strong platform governance by applying environment strategy naming conventions solution structuring and lifecycle management standards
• Implementing and overseeing rolebased security data integrity controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Acting as a senior technical escalation point providing guidance mentoring and knowledge sharing across development and delivery teams
• Driving continuous improvement through effective application lifecycle management (ALM) practices and the adoption of modern tooling automation and emerging capabilities such as AIenabled features and Microsoft Copilot

Who were looking for:

• Extensive experience delivering enterprisescale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 supported by relevant Microsoft certifications
• Deep technical expertise across Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse and Dynamics 365 with strong configuration customisation and integration skills
• A proven track record of designing and delivering endtoend solutions from discovery and design through to deployment and operational support
• Strong understanding of modern integration approaches including APIs standard and custom connectors and secure scalable integration patterns
• Advanced knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) environment strategy and DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of data governance data modelling and security best practices to ensure compliant and responsible use of data
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Experience working within agile delivery environments collaborating with crossfunctional teams and leveraging modern capabilities such as AIenabled automation and Microsoft Copilot
