Product Owner REF5402C

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong Solution Design skills as a replacement for an existing agile team for the application CONAN (COre Network AdministratioN).
Conan is the main provisioning system of Telekom Deutschland for mobile fixed net and M2M and is located on the edge between BSS- and OSS systems. Its main task is to translate commercial products and customer processes into technical service orders for network- and related SSS systems.
For this key position you should combine the skills of a Product Owner and a Solution Designer

Qualifications :

• Your analytical thinking and problem-solving ability enable you to break down complex problems into smaller topics recognize patterns conduct effective analysis and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems in the best business interest.
• In addition you have the ability to make a logical choice based on existing options weigh the pros and cons of each option and decide based on a well-founded assessment which option is best for the respective situation. (Decision-making ability)
• Taking on subject-matter leadership responsibility is also an important aspect: Once the decision for an option has been made you not only have the expertise as a Solution Designer to describe the chosen option for development but in the PO role also the task to successfully drive it forward for the product to ensure successful implementation.
• Together with the development team you break down requirements into smaller parts and create corresponding user stories to ensure continuous development and delivery.
• Together with the Scrum Master you manage tasks and responsibilities within the team. You create a trustful work environment to foster effective working relationships in the agile team while considering quality and performance criteria to achieve the best possible work results.
• You are responsible for stability and always keep the quality of your product in focus.
• You are strong in communication and fluent in both German and English.
