  • 项目全周期管理 负责从项目启动到收尾的全过程管理包括制定详尽的项目计划优化资源配置持续监控项目进度严格管理预算及有效识别与应对风险
  • 跨文化团队协作与领导 领导并激励项目团队建立高效的沟通与协作机制尤其是在复杂的跨亚太区文化环境下确保团队成员间的顺畅合作
  • 高效沟通与透明报告 定期清晰地向高级管理层和所有项目相关方汇报项目状态关键进展和潜在风险高效处理项目变更请求
  • 质量与合规性保障 确保所有项目交付物符合设定的质量标准并严格遵守公司政策行业规范及当地法规要求
  • 市场洞察与产品战略支持 密切关注亚太区市场趋势为轻商空调产品的开发和市场策略提供有价值的项目管理洞察和支持

Position Summary:
As the Project Manager for Light Commercial Air Conditioning Products in APAC you will be fully responsible for the planning execution and delivery of product projects within the region. Your core duty is to ensure all projects are successfully completed within defined timelines budgets and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various functional departments especially working efficiently with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project process from initiation to closure including developing detailed project plans optimizing resource allocation continuously monitoring project progress rigorously managing budgets and effectively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Cross-Cultural Team Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams establishing efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms particularly within complex cross-APAC cultural environments to ensure seamless teamwork.
  • Effective Communication & Transparent Reporting: Regularly and clearly report project status key milestones and potential risks to senior management and all relevant stakeholders; efficiently manage project change requests.
  • Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and strictly adhere to company policies industry norms and local regulatory requirements.
  • Market Insight & Product Strategy Support: Closely monitor market trends in the APAC region providing valuable project management insights and support for light commercial air conditioning product development and market strategies.

Qualifications :

    • 至少5年项目管理经验其中2年以上暖通空调HVAC家电或制造行业经验
    • 具备亚太区特别是印度等市场项目管理经验者优先
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) 或同等项目管理认证优先

    • 精通项目管理方法论和工具如敏捷瀑布等能够灵活应用于实际项目
    • 具备卓越的预算管理成本控制风险管理及复杂问题解决能力
    • 对轻商空调产品和相关技术有基本了解者优先

    • 能够有效地与不同层级不同文化背景的团队成员比如印度团队进行高效协作谈判和建立信任关系

Required Capabilities:

  • Education & Experience:
      • Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with at least 2 years in the home appliance HVAC or manufacturing industries.
      • Experience managing projects in the APAC region (e.g. India) is preferred.
      • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Professional Skills:
      • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Waterfall) with the ability to flexibly apply them to practical projects.
      • Demonstrated excellence in budget management cost control risk management and complex problem-solving abilities.
      • A basic understanding of light commercial air conditioning products and related technologies is preferred.
  • Leadership & Communication:
      • Exhibit outstanding leadership team-building capabilities conflict resolution skills and exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities.
      • Capable of effectively collaborating negotiating and building trust with team members from diverse levels and cultural backgrounds (e.g. Indian teams).
  • Personal Attributes:
      • Highly results-oriented able to deliver high-quality outcomes on time in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
      • Possess strong organizational prioritization and time management skills.
      • Proactive adaptable highly responsible and demonstrates strong professional ethics.
      • Ability to undertake frequent business travel (within the APAC region).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
