Demi Chef Banquets

Were looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our banquet kitchen delivering exceptional food for conferences events and functions of all sizes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your experience in high-volume service working alongside a skilled team to produce consistently high-quality dishes for up to 500 guests. Youll play a key role in bringing events to life through well-executed memorable dining experiences.

What youll be doing:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for conferences events and functions
• Support the delivery of large-scale banquet service with precision and efficiency
• Assist senior chefs in maintaining consistency quality and presentation standards
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service periods
• Maintain food safety hygiene and HACCP standards at all times

Qualifications :

Were seeking an enthusiastic chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in event and banquet operations.

You will bring:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen ideally with exposure to banquets or high-volume service
• A passion for food and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work nights weekends and public holidays
• Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices
