Valet Attendant Part Time

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures
• Provide a smooth and professional arrival and departure experience for guests
• Assist with guest luggage including collection delivery and storage
• Greet and escort guests offering friendly and helpful service at all times
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure vehicles and guest property are handled with care
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Keep work areas clean organised and secure
• Follow all safety security and hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a Front Office Concierge or customer service role preferred
• Valid drivers licence with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
• Professional presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
