Abercrombie & Fitch Brand Representative Lead,

The Brand Representative Lead provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customers needs. An individual who is outgoing stylish and helpful. They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring they always remain approachable and warm. They are able to initiate conversations and connect with the customer by communicating in a genuine and articulate way; that ensures the customer is always the first priority. They engage customers in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting fast and easy store experience. Executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present.

Brand Representative Leads hours will vary depending on the contract but should expect to work between 30 and 40 hours.

Typically shifts will be spread across 5 working days weekly. Brand Representative Leads are required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays during the weeks of peak holidays seasons and need to have open availability that supports the needs of the business.

ブランドレプレゼンタティブリードの勤務時間は契約ごとに異なりますが週3040時間の勤務が想定されます通常シフトは週5日の間に分散されますブランドレプレゼンタティブリードは繁忙期のほとんどの土曜日と一部日曜日の勤務が求められ業務の必要性に応じた柔軟な勤務が可能である必要があります
