As a Housekeeping Manager you will: 

• Be in the drivers seat and guide your team to succeed 
• Assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members
• Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
• Conduct performance reviews
• Manage and monitor assigned buildings

Qualifications :

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years. A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability open to working any days any shift is a must. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
