Product Information Management Internship in Service area

Independent handling: You coordinate and handle 1st level support issues (errors/changes/extensions/deletion) in relation to PIM/MAM software data/content and user administration.
Think holistically: You troubleshot malfunctions and identify solutions to fix them which you implement yourself or route issues to the responsible team members.
Work conscientiously: You make sure requests are being handled in time and to the full satisfaction of our users.
Collaborate internationally: You work in a global team and to collaborate with a cross-functional international community with some potential travel activity (up to 5%).

Qualifications :

Customer and quality oriented responsible communicative and team player
Working method: Quick grasp analytical structured able to work under pressure solution-oriented
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English also regarding IT terminology
Experience and know-how: IT systems and data modelling knowledge
Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Business Economics Information Systems Engineering or related field
