STORE MANAGER GLASGOW SILVERBURN

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Glasgow Silverburn store.

WHAT YOULL DO 

As a Store Manager you will oversee the entire customer experience in your store ensuring high visual and commercial standards that align with global strategies and your stores local context. Acting in line with our values youll drive both your success and the companys success. 

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Leading your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.  

• Analyse sales performance set goals and create plans to optimize results profits and stock levels. 

• Keep informed about your stores key strengths and areas for growth while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs  

• Recruit onboard and develop your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation. 

• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Being part of a dynamic Store Team which include Sales Advisors Team Leaders Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers together you will create an inspirational environment for our customer and colleagues. 

As a leader youll collaborate with your area team support office and key business functions to drive store performance and contribute to the broader success of the company.
