Role Summary

The role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant in the Business Systems Team is pivotal in delivering high-quality engagements through expertise in development advisory and consultancy. This position involves leading workshops ensuring value delivery to customers and leveraging technical skills creativity and customer focus to provide exceptional solutions to Commercial and Marketing Stakeholders. The consultant will play a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies driving the technical delivery of solutions and mentoring the CRM Scrum Team throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant in the Business Systems Team you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engagements by leveraging your expertise as a developer advisor and consultant. You will lead workshops ensure value delivery to customers and use your technical skills creativity and customer focus to provide exceptional solutions to our Commercial and Marketing Stakeholders. Your role will involve maximizing the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies driving the technical delivery of solutions and mentoring the CRM Scrum Team throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience required 5Years utilize your platform and technical expertise to consult with business stakeholders and the Stream Lead to address business challenges.
• Assist the Stream Lead in eliciting requirements and developing design specifications to maximize the benefits of MS Dynamics and associated technologies.
• Champion a Dynamics development roadmap staying updated on new features and their potential applications within the Version 1 ecosystem.
• Lead the technical delivery of solutions ensuring designs meet architecture and customer requirements fully exploiting the capabilities of MS Dynamics.
• Act as Scrum Master for the CRM Scrum Team.
• Mentor the CRM Scrum Team throughout project delivery.
• Develop and implement robust testing procedures.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle including PMs Business Analysts and testers

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience of working with of the MS Dynamics platform and core technologies (5 years)
• MB-600 or PL-600 Microsoft certification
• Experience of working with SharePoint Online
• Knowledge of MS Power Platform
• Proven record of delivering Dynamics 365 applications from technical designs or specifications
• Experience with development frameworks (SCRUM/Agile)
• Clear knowledge of Microsoft stack such as MS SQL JavaScript
• Client facing experience and ability to talk to senior stakeholders including gathering requirements
• Self-drive with an in-depth attention to detail
