Job Summary
As a Research Analyst you will be part of NIQs Customer Success & CMI team supporting the delivery of highquality analytics insights and client engagement across key consumer research solutions.
This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals who are passionate about data consumer behavior and storytelling through insights and who want to build a longterm career in market research and analytics.
- Support the delivery of consumer insights and analytics projects across NIQ CMI solutions including:
- Brand Health Tracking
- Usage & Attitudes (U&A)
- Segmentation
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Shopper & Qualitative Research
- Assist in producing accurate highquality reports and analyses ensuring consistency with NIQ standards
- Prepare charts dashboards and presentation materials that translate data into clear and compelling stories
- Support client training sessions and onboarding related to Guided Analytics and NIQ products
- Collaborate closely with Account Development Sales and Global teams to identify client needs and potential opportunities
- Build a strong understanding of client business objectives and how NIQ insights support strategic and tactical decisionmaking
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree / years of experience in:
- Market research
- Consumer insights
- Data analysis
- Consulting research or analytical roles - Interest in consumer markets analytics and datadriven decisionmaking
- Nativelevel Korean and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Confidence working with numbers and structured data
