Chef de Rang Breakfast (mfd)

How does your working day look like... 

• You are responsible for the smooth execution of the breakfast service during early shifts ensuring a warm and welcoming start to the day for our guests.
• You independently manage your station maintain clean tables and well-organized work areas and coordinate seamlessly with the service and kitchen team even during peak breakfast hours.
• You ensure that our high quality and service standards are consistently met throughout the breakfast service and actively contribute to memorable guest experiences.
• As a trained hospitality professional you keep a clear overview at all times react quickly to guest needs and create those small but special wow moments in the morning.
• You take responsibility for the training and onboarding of apprentices sharing your expertise guiding them in daily operations and supporting their professional development within the breakfast service team.

Qualifications :

• You have completed training in hospitality or already gained valuable experience in the service industry.
• You are a true early bird and enjoy starting the day early to deliver an outstanding breakfast service.
• You place great value on high-quality breakfast service and understand how important a positive morning experience is for our guests.
• You genuinely enjoy working with people and have a heart for apprentices taking pleasure in guiding supporting and motivating them in their development.
• You are passionate about food and beverages and the details that make a great breakfast truly special.
