A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Office Assistant to support both purchasing activities and daily office operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while supporting the procurement function through supplier coordination order processing and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations
- Compare pricing quality and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation
- Monitor stock levels and manage reordering of supplies
- Support basic supplier negotiations and cost management
Office Administration
- Perform general administrative duties (filing data capturing document control)
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings appointments and schedules
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Support HR administration including employee records and contracts
- Assist with monthly staff timesheets
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration Procurement or related field (advantageous)
- 13 years experience in procurement and/or office administration
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
