Senior Engineer RAM RTS ENG CAP

We are seeking an experienced Senior RAM Engineer will beresponsible for supporting the overall RAM capability within the business across all aspects of a project life cycle following system engineering practices (business development tenders project and through life support). You will support the RAM team in ensuring that effective RAM systems and processes are utilised to deliver against business and project objectives.

This position focuses on supporting the through life support business with the Rail and Transit Systems Division in areas of reliability growth assessment reliability and availability monitoring maintenance optimisation and maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities however not limited to:

• Review of failure data to develop reliability growth model to assess and monitor reliability and availability performance of various fleets.
• Reliability Growth Modelling for TLS fleets
• Supporting Futureworks Business Case development
• Identification of Optimisation opportunities
• Liaise with OEMs to discuss condition assessment and optimisation analysis.
• Optimisation of existing maintenance strategy for multiple fleets

Skills & knowledge:

• Minimum Degree qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Any Discipline)
  6 years relevant experience of RAM in Rolling Stock or similar heavy maintenance industry
• Relevant Australian and International RAM standards (i.e.: EN 50126)
• FMECA/FMEA knowledge
• Reliability predictions
