What This Opportunity Involves

The Ops Enablement powered by Tech Regional Lead for APAC will hold a deep understanding of a range of business technologies being used within WPM Operations these technologies may cross multiple products and business workstreams and enable overall WPM operations inclusive of accounts.

You will take the lead as business owner for the region to support the operationalization adoption and optimization of technologies across the WPM organization. You will lead the regional transformation by driving and implementing technology change and improvement that achieves scalability improves operating compliance drives measurable value realization and reduces operational costs.

The role will oversee a range of functions associated with business technologies including solutioning advice & support technology launch and enablement account support upstream configuration and support of business data enable technology training & compliance change management and value tracking. You will accomplish this through a combination of internal resources and by further developing relationships with JLLT JBS and other workstreams in the organization.

A Snapshot of the Role

Strategic Leadership & Technology Transformation

  • Develop and deliver on WPM Transformation and regional operational strategies that maximize technology utilization and drive competitive advantage.

  • Lead technology operationalization initiatives to identify analyze and improve technology adoption across the region to enable the WPM core processes.

  • Develop and implement best practices for technology integration and optimization within WD business processes.

  • Collaborate with JLLT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

  • Partner with global team and JLLT to ensure regional innovation feedback is properly funneled and prioritized per the governance approved process.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Account Management engagement at AD/MD levels to align technology initiatives with regional business needs.

  • Extensive collaboration with Products Tech Deployment Tech Advisory Client Onboarding Operations Performance & Program Management S&P Finance and JBS teams.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership account managers and business unit heads to drive cross-functional cooperation alignment and adoption.

  • Superior JLL/T & JBS partnership and engagement to ensure optimum and effective service & delivery outcomes.

Operations Optimization & Value Realization

  • Utilize AI and data analytics to identify and drive areas for improvement in technology-driven processes.

  • Partner with global team to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology utilization operational efficiency and value delivery.

  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to accelerate adoption and utilization of technology-enabled processes at regional level.

  • Provide strategic project management and solutioning as needed to ensure successful operations enablement.

  • Manages L3 requests from accounts ensuring solutions are advised developed or implemented. Partner with global team and JLLT for prioritization purposes.

Technology Innovation

  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities that are scalable sustainable and enable the WPM strategic objectives.

Change Management Training & Adoption

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technology proficiency across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Provide regular regional reports and presentations on technology utilization process improvements and their impact on operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing Operations Enablement team (direct and indirect) for the APAC region.

Collaborate extensively with regional counterparts in EMEA and AMR.

  • Regional budget supervisor for agreed platforms and initiatives making recommendations on investments partnering in each product delivery area.

As a leader you will drive transformation and technology adoption across the region ensuring measurable value realization and operational excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.

The Candidate Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Technology Operations Management or related field; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology operations business operations transformation or related roles within CRE or similar industries.

  • Prior experience working across multiple countries in a regional or global role.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology implementation optimization and transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in change management and driving digital transformation.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification.

  • HCD trained or equivalent

Leadership Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills.

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and explain operational digital transformation concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
