Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Territory Manager Portugal to drive business growth across the Portuguese this strategic customer-facing role you will be responsible for developing business with both end customers and channel partners expanding Honeywells market presence and increasing share within your assigned territory.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the local sales strategy identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships that support sustainable revenue growth.

You will report directly to our Country Sales Manager Iberia and youll work out of our Portugal location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across Portugal by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Build manage and grow strong relationships with channel partners to maximize market coverage and penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Sales Manager Iberia to align on sales priorities account strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting accuracy and territory planning.
  • Represent Honeywell with professionalism and credibility in customer and partner engagements.
  • Travel within the territory as required to support customer meetings partner activities and business development initiatives.

You Must Have:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales management ideally within technology industrial or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Portuguese market customer landscape and business culture.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Experience resolving channel conflicts and aligning partner interests with business objectives.
  • Proficiency with IT tools including Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required for business needs.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a multinational or global organization.
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) sector.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools particularly Salesforce.
