To strengthen our presence in the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland) we are looking for a driven Partner Manager DACH (m/f/d).

Your Impact

As a Partner Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships across the DACH region driving revenue growth and strengthening Trusted Shops visibility within the local e-commerce ecosystem. You will act as the main point of contact for our partners ensuring long-term collaboration commercial performance and mutual value creation.

  • Partner Relationship Management & Network Expansion: Manage and grow relationships with existing partners (e.g. agencies) while expanding the agency and affiliate network in the DACH region.

  • Revenue Growth & Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.

  • Affiliate Marketing Optimization: Continuously optimize the affiliate marketing strategy through data analysis performance monitoring and integration of industry best practices and trends.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and customer-facing teams to ensure strategic alignment partner success and seamless campaign execution.

Job requirements

  • Experience: 3 years in Partner Management Business Development Affiliate Marketing or Sales ideally with experience in the DACH market and an established agency network.

  • E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry; SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling agency and affiliate networks with measurable revenue impact; strong commercial mindset; successful in partner activation upselling and indirect channel growth; experience in performance marketing and agency-led lead generation.

  • Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • Languages: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
