Job Description Summary
Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Staff leader ofprimarilybusiness support representatives who work on issues of limited scope. Evaluates issues within the context of established practices and procedures to assign tasks and provide direction and guidance in daily team activities. May spend aportionof time performing the individual tasks of the unit. May recommend new procedures and process improvements to achieve team goals. Minimally requires aMastersdegreeBachelorsdegree and 2 years of related experience or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.

As the Financial Services Operations Supervisor you willbe responsible forleading and developing a team of associate level transfer agency representatives responsible for delivery service excellence to our clients and their shareholders. Within the Transfer Agency we provide back-office financial services to Mutual Fund Clients and their investors. These services include establishing accounts processingshareholderand broker/dealer tradesfacilitatingmoney movement between the fund and shareholders completing analysis of fund and investor data and more.

What You Will Bring:
High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
Experience in financial services operations
Bachelors degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
Computer experience (Word Excel Microsoft Outlook)
Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
