Job Overview:

This is a hands-on operations role focused on billing execution receivables follow-up commissions support reporting and cross-functional coordination. It is not a bookkeeping audit or traditional accounting role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented highly responsive comfortable communicating with clients and able to improve efficiency and scalability by building and leveraging AI-powered systems and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Billing AR & Collections

• Create issue and send invoices to clients; proactively follow up to ensure prompt payment.

• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm service delivery details for accurate billing.

• Manage accounts receivable monitor overdue balances and drive timely collections follow-up.

• Maintain accurate customer contract records and ensure billing reflects agreed terms.

• Sales Tax

• Manage sales tax administration across applicable US jurisdictions including filings reconciliations related follow-up and new registrations as needed.

• Commissions Reporting & Reconciliation

• Ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of sales commissions.

• Generate operational reports including Deferred Revenue Accounts Receivable Aging and Account Summaries.

• Perform reconciliations and help ensure accuracy and consistency across billing commissions and related operational reports.

• AI & Automation

• Complete required AI training and independently build and utilize AI-powered workflows agents and automations to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability in day-to-day work.

• Support ad-hoc projects analyses and operational initiatives related to revenue processes as directed by the manager

Job Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in AR finance operations revenue operations sales operations or similar hands-on operational roles preferred.

• Strong business communication skills in English both written and verbal (MUST) with the ability to correspond with clients in a professional corporate tone across a range of situations including payment follow-ups and dispute resolution.

• Willing to complete required AI training and assessment and able to independently build and use AI-powered workflows agents and automations as part of the role.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build clean well-structured trackers analyses and reporting files from scratch.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues from multiple angles and adapt solutions as needed.

• Detail-oriented accountable and tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
