Job Summary
Our client is seeking a driven and handson Production Engineer to support and optimise our precast concrete manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to production improving processes and ensuring highquality output within a fastpaced industrial environment.

- Plan manage and optimise daily production processes within the precast concrete manufacturing facility
- Improve production efficiency workflow and output through engineering best practices
- Monitor production performance identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Support quality control and ensure compliance with SANS SANRAL and internal quality standards
- Collaborate with design maintenance logistics and management teams to ensure seamless production delivery
- Assist with process improvements tooling mould optimisation and costsaving initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health safety and operational standards on the production floor
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment
- Exposure to precast concrete construction materials or heavy manufacturing advantageous
- Strong understanding of production planning process optimisation and quality systems
- Practical handson engineering mindset with strong problemsolving ability
- Ability to work under pressure manage priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Competent in MS Office and production reporting tools
Qualification:
- BTech in Civil Engineering/N DIP in Civil Engineering
- Drivers License and Own Car
